Begin in Negombo before heading to Kitulgala for white-water rafting and rainforest scenery. Continue to Nuwara Eliya in the cool hill country, surrounded by tea plantations and waterfalls, with a visit to a tea estate.
Travel to Ella, known for scenic train journeys, light hikes, and optional ziplining. In Kandy, visit the Temple of the Tooth, enjoy a guided local market walk, and explore spice gardens.
Next, stay in Habarana, the ideal base to explore Sigiriya Rock Fortress and the cave temples of Dambulla Cave Temple. Enjoy a jeep safari in a nearby national park with opportunities to see elephants in the wild.
Continue to Trincomalee for beach relaxation, snorkeling around Nilaveli, and dolphin watching.
End with a final night in Negombo for a smooth and convenient airport transfer.

This journey is available throughout the year, offering a seamless exploration of Sri Lanka’s rich culture, scenic landscapes, and wildlife.
The ideal travel period is from November to May, when the southern coast—including beautiful beach escapes in Mirissa, Unawatuna, and Bentota—enjoys calm seas and sunny days, perfect for relaxation and coastal experiences.
Outside of this season, the itinerary can be thoughtfully adjusted to match the best weather conditions across different regions of the island, ensuring a rewarding experience at any time of year.
