1. Use of Website

This website is provided for the purpose of:

2. Bookings and Service Agreement

All bookings are subject to confirmation by Traveli Ceylon and governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) issued for each booking.

The SLA shall define all service details, payment schedules, inclusions, exclusions, and travel arrangements. In case of any inconsistency between website information and the SLA, the SLA shall prevail.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment as specified in the SLA.

3. Pricing and Quotations

Traveli Ceylon does not publish fixed prices on its website.

All pricing is provided upon request and may vary depending on travel dates, availability, seasonality, supplier rates, group size, and service requirements.

Any quotation issued by Traveli Ceylon shall be valid for a limited period as specified in the quotation and may be subject to revision thereafter.

All confirmed prices and payment terms shall be governed exclusively by the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Traveli Ceylon reserves the right to modify quotations prior to confirmation of a booking.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and/or invoice issued.

Traveli Ceylon may accept payments via:

  • Secure online payment links
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash payments in Sri Lanka
  • Other approved payment methods

Traveli Ceylon reserves the right to request full or partial advance payment before confirming any booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by the Payment Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy published on our website and/or included in the SLA.

Customers are advised to review these terms carefully before making any payment.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions.

Traveli Ceylon shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by reliance on website information.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party suppliers including hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity operators.

Traveli Ceylon acts as an intermediary between the customer and such suppliers and shall not be held liable for delays, service failures, or actions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

Traveli Ceylon shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, war, civil unrest, or transport disruptions.
